Alghero is preparing to host the 2026 Internazionali d’Italia EICMA Series, one of the most prestigious events in the international off-road scene. The event will bring the leading teams and a roster of top-level riders to Sardinia, ready to compete in spectacular races.
The Alghero event represents the first and crucial test for the Motocross World Championship, which kicks off on March 8th in Argentina. On Sunday, February 1st, the Lazzaretto Motocross Circuit, nestled in the Bombarde beach, will host an unmissable event for enthusiasts and industry professionals, featuring knobby specialists from the 125cc, MX2, and MX1 (premier class) classes, with many new features and a historic debut. Riders will compete on a technical 1,625-meter track, featuring spectacular jumps and challenging turns, capable of showcasing the skills of the discipline’s top riders. After the Riviera del Corallo stage, the Italian Motocross Championship will continue in Lombardy, with the final round scheduled for Sunday, February 8th at the historic Tazio Nuvolari circuit in Mantua, the traditional stage before the eagerly awaited start of the World Championship.
